I had an experience working with them and definitely NOT recommend Oanda Realty. We rented the apartment and later realized that the agency fee was paid half by landlord and 100% by me, so I personally overpaid them 50% of the apartment renting price. After several attempt to solve this misunderstanding, they began to wriggle and talking total BS. Do not trust them, that is not the way the business is made.
