KIingsway America Inc, KAI, is a terrible auto insurance company. They have horrible customer service, and they do not return your phone calls - EVER. I've never had a more terrible experience with an insurance company. They make you go to one of their crappy adjusters, who are never there when you show up, and you end up getting a completely below-market rate estimate (they have "deals" with various shops in the Chicago area). As a result, you have no choice but to go to one of their horrible shops to get the work done. Worst of all, is the lack of regard for YOU as a person and the horrible customer service. You can't ever get anyone on the phone! You leave message after message, and they will never take your call or call you back!!! They will take forever to take care of a claim, then jack you around the whole time. Don't do business with this unscrupulous company.
